Information handling

No account or sign-in is required. Meal-plan selections, dietary preferences, favourites, your own recipes and shopping lists are processed and stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to AIma and are never shared with advertisers.

If you contact support, we receive only the email address, message, screenshots and device details that you choose to provide. We use them to answer and resolve your enquiry. You may ask us to delete the related support record.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app uses Google AdMob to show a banner ad at the bottom of the screen. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect or access the following from your device:

• device and app information (such as device model, operating system version, app version and language);
• your IP address and the approximate location inferred from it (the app does not ask for location permission);
• ad interaction data (such as whether an ad was shown or tapped) and diagnostics;
• the advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you choose “Allow” in Apple’s tracking prompt.

Your choices

In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, the app shows Google’s consent form when first opened. You can consent, decline or manage individual options, and change your choice at any time under “廣告私隱選項” (Ad privacy options) in the app’s Settings.

You can also allow or stop tracking at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you decline tracking or personalised ads, you can still use every feature of the app; you may see non-personalised ads instead.

“Remove Ads” subscription

You can subscribe to remove ads (auto-renewing monthly) in the app’s Settings. Purchases, payment and renewals are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account; AIma never receives your payment details. The app only asks Apple whether you have an active subscription, to decide whether to show ads. While you are subscribed, the app does not load any ads.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

What we don’t do

AIma does not sell personal data, does not share your meal plans, recipes, preferences or shopping lists with advertisers or any third party, and does not use your advertising identifier for personalised ads without your consent.

You can remove local data using the app’s clear/reset function or by deleting the app. Apple processes App Store download, purchase, subscription and diagnostic information under the Apple Privacy Policy, and Google processes advertising data under its own privacy policy.
